Refund Policy

At Finhub Academy, we aim to deliver high-quality educational services. However, as our courses are digital and/or knowledge-based services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. General Policy

• All payments made for courses (CFA, CMA India, CA, or any other program) are considered final and non-transferable.
• We strongly recommend students review the course details, curriculum, and demo sessions (if available) before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If a student is charged twice due to a technical error, the extra payment will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
• Technical Access Issues: If, after successful enrollment, a student is unable to access the course content due to technical reasons from our end, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 10 working days, a full refund will be provided.
• No refunds will be provided once the training has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after course purchase.
• Inability to attend live classes due to personal reasons.
• Partial use of the course (watching recordings or attending some classes).
• Internet or device issues at the student’s end.
• Discounts, promotional offers, or special packages purchased.

• Since LearnElite (Live + Recording + 1:1 Doubt Solving) involves personalized time with faculty, no refunds will be provided once a student has attended even one live/mentorship session.

• Eligible refund requests must be sent via email to finhubacademy@gmail.com within 12 days of purchase.
• The request should include payment details, course name, and reason for refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
